From the beginning
Al has been in video production for almost 40 years. He launched his production company in 1987, producing thousands of weddings, events and corporate productions. He has garnered dozens of Creative Excellence, Telly, and Vision Awards and been included in EventDV Magazine’s Top 25 Most Influential Videographers in the country, twice.
Al and his wife Kathy launched the first podcast for wedding videographers in 2005, producing dozens of episodes of “WedVidTalk.com,” downloaded in 53 countries over a five year run. The podcast was so successful that the wedding and event industry international association WEVA hired them to produce five podcasts for their membership exclusively.

Leader in the industry
For fifteen years, Al was Assistant Director for Media Production at Northwell Health, the nation’s second largest health system, producing marketing, educational, and social media videos. Earned 10 awards including Telly, Communicator, and Vision Awards, and has since served as a judge for the Telly Awards for several years.
He earned a Master of Arts in Learning and Emerging Technologies from SUNY Empire State College. His Thesis was in Virtual Reality. |
Where he is now
Today, Al has added professional photography to his arsenal of creative media tools, and is specializing in 360 degree Streetview and emerging tech imaging.
